What we do with the personal data you send us through this website, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
Vanguard Transport Pte Ltd ("Vanguard Transport", "we") follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This page explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. Last updated: October 2026.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect the details you type in: your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we also see the number you contact us from.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or proposal, and follow up on a contract discussion. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.
Who handles it
Enquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a form service that delivers them to our email inbox. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp, and website visit statistics by Google Analytics. These services may process data outside Singapore under their own privacy policies. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or any resulting contract, and as long as the law requires for business records. After that we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons (for example WhatsApp, call and the enquiry form) are used. It sets cookies in your browser and sends anonymous usage data, such as the pages you view and your approximate location, to Google. We do not send it your name or contact details. You can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This website does not set advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Email hi@vgtpt.com.sg or WhatsApp us on +65 9839 4332. We will reply within 30 days.
